North Sulawesi and the Minahasa cultural region of Likupang and Bangka Island are best known for their's amazing underwater diversity. With over 25 dive world-class dive pots, the crystal clear waters offer a feast for the eyes with incredible range of corals, sea turtles, reef sharks and more.

But on land, the food of this region is spicy and wow! So so good. In this segment of Indonesia's Best Ever Eats, we'll try Sambal Dabu Dabu, Sambal Rica Rica, Woku Belanga, Bubur Tinutuan and Cakalang Fufu. Join us!

Jungle Run Production Services

The Ministry of Tourism was looking for a way to promote Indonesian hotspots outside Bali. It was the middle of the pandemic and they were preparing for what would come next. Indonesia's Best Ever was part of that effort to bring people back to Indonesia.

Jungle Run Productions was commissioned by Discovery Channel Asia to produce Indonesia's Best Ever, 2 x 43 minutes with 80 minutes of social media and television cut-downs. Jungle Run partnered with Nusa Dewata studio for this project employing over 30 people during the Covid 19 pandemic. IBE was conceived by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy headed by Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno.
