Hector explores the fastest sinking city in the world, Jakarta! He puts his skills to the test against one of the finest female pool players in the country and gets up close with the supporters of Persija Jakarta football club! Next it's off to Solo, for special behind the scenes access with a local king in his palace.

Jungle Run Production Services

Jungle Run hit the ground for two weeks in prep for Hector's travels to Indonesia, sourcing interviews for this character-led series. For Java we got the low-down re: cultural diversity and religious tolerance as seen at Jakarta's popular Car Free Day, street food, flooding and land subsidence, batik, jamu tradtional medicine, Javanese music and the Royal Palace of Solo.

Supported on the ground by veteran local producer Putu Kusumu Wijaya, Hector and crew were spoiled for choice on filming ops.
